I just bought my copy a few days ago through GameFly after seeing it advertised for $25. The only downside to their service is that the disc is used, meaning you don't receive a sealed package. However, all of the package's components such as instruction booklets and DLC vouchers are included and unused.

Appreciate your mentioning the deal. I stopped by my local store and also got a copy. The employee helping me even went out of their way to get a newly sealed copy, which was most certainly worth $5.
