Did you know that Steve Harris hated Flight of Icarus?  Bruce pushed it because it would get them airplay on US stations.  Fun fact for the day.

2).  Number of the Beast, and

#1).  Piece of Mind, 'cuz whole album.

My three favorites are Number of the Beast, Piece of Mind and Powerslave.  I was never a huge D'ianno fan.  He was good for the type of music Maiden made on the first two albums, but when he said "Bruce sounds like a f*cking pussy singing my songs" I was like "Oh HELL nah!  F*ck this guy!"  LOL...

But seriously, Beast, Piece and Powerslave have some of Maiden's best tracks ever.  Number of the Beast, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Run to the Hills, 22 Acacia Avenue, Where Eagles Dare, Still Life, The Trooper, Powerslave, Mariner, Aces High, Flash of the Blade....I think I love just about every song on those three albums!
