Today I finished Xeodrifter on the WiiU. It was enjoyable, and a decent challenge even though it was fairly short. I bought it a while ago on the 3DS, but never really got into it. Recently, the WiiU version was released, and available for free for those who had bought the 3DS version. It wasn't until then that I really gave it some time. It was completely worth the $2 I paid for it when it was on sale.

Finished Mega Man 4 on the 3DS Virtual Console. It's a fun Mega Man game, though not as challenging as some of the earlier games in the series. Not too much to say about it really. I'm looking forward to the release of the Mega Man Legacy Collection on the 3DS this winter, which now is planned to have a physical release.

Today cleared 100% normal mode of Zelda Skyward Sword, 20 heart containers, all items obtained and crafted to max. level, all quests completed, all goddess cubes and 9900 rupee capacity.



The game had a pretty cool setting and there was a bunch of nice ideas in the plot, characters were appealing and interesting as always in Zelda games, though the holy. damn. motion controls ruined the fun of many sequences in the game. I know I will never play the game again nor play the hero mode only for this reason, this was a nightmare to play and all I wanted was going back to Twilight Princess on my GC to play with the wondrous GC controller. A shame really.

I finished Mega Man 6! It was a pretty easy game. Maybe only a few hours to beat it. There weren't as many really hard spots like in 2 and 3

I played through Expendabros yesterday which has been on my computer for a while now. Fun little plug for the Expendables 3. After that, I played and beat the Angry Video Game Nerd Videogame. Pretty fun but that last boss was crazy hard.

And on Friday I finished replaying the Witcher 2. My new video card comes in tomorrow so I'm hoping to dive right into the 3rd one  .

Last night, I finished everything in Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus. It was fun, but I'm glad that it's finished. By the time I got to Homura's story, I was sick of things. I wish I did her school and characters first or second. Instead, I finished them in this order: Hanzo, Gessen, Hebijo, Crimson. My favorite story was Hebijo's. Those characters were the most compelling, the most developed (tee hee) and they were the most fun to use in combat. Miyabi was my favorite girl in the entire game. She was an animal in battle. Her story was the most interesting. And she looked like Haruka from Sailor Moon. She was just a dream and I wish I had the chance to level her to 50 instead of the chicks from Hanzo.

My least favorite was the Gessen Academy. None of the characters were interesting and only Yozakura was fun to use. My least favorite character was Minori. She was awful in combat, had a disturbing design and didn't bring anything to the Gessen arc.

But, like I said, I'm glad I finished it because it was lots of fun. I'm headed home tomorrow and will be starting up either Lost Dimension or Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters.

Just wrapped up Tales of Graces f a couple days ago, which was actually MUCH better than I'd heard from friends, and now onto Tales of Xillia 2. At this rate, I might actually get caught up on my Tales backlog

Finished Mighty Switch Force 2 on the 3DS. More of the same, but now Patricia Wagon (the character you play as) is a firefighter. Now you've got fires to put out in addition to more puzzles to solve and new and old enemies to deal with. Same as last time, it's short to just play through but a lot of fun with tons of replay value and awesome music. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes puzzle platformers. Dat ending theme. Mmmm...

One of my favorite games from the last-generation. 2nd time playing through it.

Fantastic game tailor-made for metal-heads. Great sense of humor, big open-world, fun story, and lots of fan-service.

I have been wanting to play Skyward Sword recently, but I'll have to start over since I lost my save  The motion control bugged me for when you have to point forward, but otherwise it was okay. But pointing forward is frustrating  Anyways, congrats!

Finally unlocked and cleared all of chapter 5 of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD. Now I'm satisfied and can move on. I had fun with the game, but grinding to meet all of the requirements to unlock the final mission was a bit of a pain. Still felt worth it to experience the entire story though.
