lol I just went to a garage sale and got about a dozen upopened cassette tapes in a box.  They'll be completely clean to use for this

What tapes, out of curiosity?

Most were called "Classic Country".  Time Life music release, assortment from the 50's to the early 70's.  Another was a Hank Williams cassette, and then two blanks from Sony and Zenith.  Was kinda surprised to find them all still sealed up in the plastic box.  They'll make for some real clean looking cases as I've been mostly just picking through ones at the thrift shop for the best quality.

Yeah if they were metal cassettes, I'd probably have kept them too lol

I'm down to 13 covers left! Entering the home stretch, so far I've done over 40 on a single set of ink cartridges too.

Finished the last of mine! Ended up getting 68 covers + 2 reprints out of a set of cartridges, not too shabby at all.
