It's niche. No one has heard  about tales of outside of the hardcore community. To be fair everyone on this site is pretty hardcore.

Agreed....  I rarely cross paths with an RPG lover who has played them....  It has been slowly changing though and there is definitely more exposure in the last several years....

I'd say that Tales & Disgaea are about equally "niche"; maybe topping the niche-list (ryhme intended:) -but- still niche  8)

Added 3 more, and also added links to official English trailers for those I could find them for.

Also check out the note I put on one of the new ones - Sword Art Online.  It's digital only in the US, but there's an Asian physical version that's region free & fully in English.

Thanks, added Battle Princess of Arcadias.  :)  That game is very pretty, if I didn't know any better I'd say it was a VanillaWare game.  Shame there won't be a physical release.  :(

Yeah, when I looked at it...I thought...Odinsphere!

And, you're right - it's too bad it's digital only  :'(

Awesome thread! :)

I've got to say that even though Tales Of aren't very popular, I know a lot of people who knows either Abyss or Symphonia. I guess it depends on where you're from.

This doesn't make sense to me, are we forgetting tales of symbols existed? In actuality tales is BECOMING niche that it always being so.

Removed the 2 that released yesterday, Mind Zero & Monster Monpiece.

Removed the 2 that (should have) released yesterday, Mind Zero & Monster Monpiece.

Fix'd...

...'cause I went to GS to pick up my Mind Zero pre-order this morning -and- NO GS stores anywhere have it  :o

They're all listing it as "In transit", though  :-\

I know, right  >:(

Oh, the humanity  :P

They ended up calling me @ 11:00 AM & said that they'd just gotten it in  8)

In other (potentially *cough* good) news, the girl there w/ the crush on me is about 99% certain that, within the next week or 2...it will become "HER Store" (as in, she'll be the new boss) -

*Is already counting-up & looking for interesting & upcoming swag items*  ;)
