Your request for Level 9 Computing as a Developer field option isn't being contested. It was assigned a Yellow glow effect to indicate that it is a request requiring later action to be submitted, as an ongoing site error prevents new Developer field requests to be made. Also quick question, can we submit requests for publishers for PSP UMD Video releases, namely the studio that released it (Ex: Sony Pictures, Universal, Warner Bros.), or do those get to remain blank?

Information for which fields should be used for specific categories can be found in the Developer and Publisher post of the style guide. Hopefully one day, the database can be restructured to have different form fields so that only fields that should be used are present.
