The arts seem strictly the same, and although the quality cannot appreciate the barcode, the first entry’s one seems to match the spanish version of the game, and not a french, dutch, or belgian one.

I've gone ahead and removed these two entries. This is the second time I've merged the entries into the existing ones, as the new user submitting the duplicates made a second set. The duplicate entries were submitted because the existing ones feature outdated stock art which has become more and more of an issue recently. I've explained the issue to the entry creator in a PM as to why action was taken. Duplicate entries for other games have also been submitted by them and have been merged.

They cannot. First, it is bad practice, like it was mentioned already. Second, there was a member already attached to the duplicate entry. Updating the entry into something else for that reason alone is disingenuous.
