Just wanted to give a heads up, I am editing
https://vgcollect.com/item/190984:
Changing "Mode d'emploi" -> "Livret d'instruction" as that is what is written on the actual manual.
Going to ask a nit-picky question: for games that include cards, is there a reason why the set numbers are in the front rather than behind the card names (to be consistent with how we list items numbers for other included items)?
Also because of this, I do need some clarification for how we list manuals in the description as well.
GBA manuals intended for France tend to only use "Mode d'emploi" (sometimes they use "Instruction Booklet" if it's a multi-language manual and in other cases they just list it in multiple languages).
However I have found that ones intended for Canada have more and inconsistent ways of saying Game Manual.
Those include (but may not be limited to):
• Guide d'utilisation
• Livret d'instruction
• Livret d'instructions
• Manual d'instructions
• Manuel d'instructions
• Manuel d'utilisation
• Mode d'emploi
I have to ask then, going forward should I state exactly what is written on the front of the manual rather than stating that it is a manual in English? Or only in cases such as Canadian releases that include 2 separate manuals for 2 different languages? What about cases where they use multiple languages on the front of the manual?
