Picked up my pre-order of Rorona Plus this morning -and- for a game that I've already played...I'm thinking that there's enough new/better content here to make it worth another time through
Would you recommend it as a good game to be introduced to the series with? I haven't gotten around to buying/playing any of the Atelier series yet and was wondering if this was a good place to start.
Actually, I'd say that the "Plus" version of Rorona would be an excellent starting/introductory point to the series
For real?
Just my opinion of course -but- yeah.
There's nothing "wrong" with the version of Rorona that you've got 90's (it's the 1st one that I played/platted); it's just that the Plus version has some "quality of life" tweaks & improvements; IMO, making it the smoothest/ideal starting point.
The fact that it's the 1st/opening game of the trilogy, the 1st PS3 Atelier game, and (iirc) the 1st to go mostly 3D instead of 2D are all just more bullet points of why I think it's a great pick for a 1st game in the series.
