Original XBox with 007 Nightfire in the tray. $9.99.

No hookups but I snagged it as a backup unit. It works perfectly!

I owned it on PC. Really enjoyed single/multiplayer. I don't think I ever beat it, but maybe I will this time around.

No hookups but I snagged it as a backup unit. It works perfectly!

Not a bad pickup at all!  I want to run across a cheap Xbox like this because I'd like one to mod.  I hear there's a lot of cool things you can do with a modded original Xbox.

You don't need a GameShark. I don't own a GameShark, I have my Xbox modded to play ROMs of the games I own, and it has a proper media player on it.

I soft modded my first one a long time ago because the DVD drive was dying so the only way I could play my games was from the harddrive. I fixed the drive last month (I'm on a roll with restoring old consoles).

His method was more of the direct method. My method required connecting my xbox memory card to the pc and altering the files and adding stuff, then exploiting a game.
