I'm pretty sure some people are just this way, I highly doubt medication would solve such problems if someone is angry, frustated, socially awkward or wants to be annoying It's just in their nature It's not that heavy that people need to have medication. If someone wants to enjoy their free time spamming on a forum so be it, could be a normal person for all that we know.

I will say though some of those batshit alien future stories of for example marvelvscapcom 2/ oldgamerz now that's something else as far as brain thoughts go, I'm pretty sure they were pretty high on drugs at the time ::)

I mean seriousy if there are any accounts under the same person it's those two no questions asked not to mention the similarities in their normal or sub normal topics and the two being heavy topic starters.

yea any kind  drugs or alcohol or medication can do that also. But we really should talk about them like that :(

All I know is that The Sims Strategy guides any of them for any series or at least for 1-3 on PC are worth it, even though The Sims 3  and the sims 2 has some tips and hint located right in the game itself through lessons that you can read through at your leisure, but the in game guide in the sims 3 don't tell all the game secrets. However for the 1st and 2nd series I definitely think they would be worth the cost since their is so much things to do in the sims series. and and plus I don't trust some of the sites involving the sims series

Seether's alter ego I presume.
Just what I was thinking.

to answer the question of the OP I don't think many people like to like to hear someone else's  sexual fantasies. Your just asking to get trolled talking about or even mentioning your video game sexual fantasies as well as your sex life. now I remember when I first came on this forum someone else mentioned "lordscott" and someone else thought I was him, when I first joined. but I don't think that this is "Seether", but rather an older member much older since "Seether"  has only been posting here less than a year.

Call me crazy, but before I used VGcollect I was a regular Gamespot forum user, primarily I used the retro gaming forum. There was a user who had the exact same nonsense speech like Lordscott. He'd get banned or give up, and then another account would take its place shortly after similar to Seether where he would spam up the forum with stupid posts and contribute little to not at all. That account would get banned and then they'd come back as some variation of the other two. I'm 90% sure it's the same person on here.

My guess is they are a lonely, miserable person with a chronic mental illness who takes out their frustrations and inadequacies on these video game forums because they do have an interest in retro games, but maybe not the means to have them. This jealously leads them to create these stupid ass posts and accounts to poorly troll the other members, but also to passively be a part of something they wish they were able to be more apart of. Sadly they probably could be a part of it more if they'd cut their bullshit and share in their interest of retro games rather than be a constant annoyance. But then again, being miserable and mentally ill does not always lend itself to positive social interactions, especially online.

I can agree with this.

I see what your trying to say. But Most people like me have an income and take medication, but sometimes I forget or  in some of people cases refuse to take the medication. because of how it makes other people in my own condition feel. Mental illness, at least in my experience, in which is for life, it can take a big toll on your mood and even my will to live. But I take my medications, and it  lets me live my life better than when I am not taking my medication. But I am almost never in the mood to play a video game lately and it sucks and I sleep too much for my liking

When you follow someone or they follow you on VGcollect what does that feature actually do on this site? I don't mind having any of my followers, but I been wondering for a long long time what exactly does that feature do?

Is it for your followers to receive notifications only when you add or remove a game to or from your collection?
OR
does it send them a notification when you make a post in the forum? or both?

It was more than likely a Happy Meal toy.

It's more of a hard vinyl.  Fun to toss, but not really a stress ball.

thanks I was wondering about that. Personally I think the ball is kind of funny :D

Some video games have unlocks when using special codes not used specifically for cheating but for unlocking certain secrets within the game itself. For example I need to enter a cheat code into my The Sims 3 game in order to be able to build certain kinds of structures and parks that you only can do that through entering at least 2 cheat codes. The game don't let you have access to all the build and buy features the game has to offer. unless, you enter this code unto a command prompt you need to access by pressing CTRL & SHIFT & C keys on the PC keyboard and typing a build cheat

(the sims 3 cheats for PC only)
https://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/cheats.php
(to enabled most hidden features in the Sims 3 for PC)
"testingcheatsenabled true"
than after that type
"buydebug on"

"True Crimes Streets Of LA"  has hidden playable characters as a good example on GameCube, PlayStation 2 and also Old Xbox

PS2 Only cheats for "True Crimes Streets Of LA"

there is a special code to play as Snoop Dogg the Rapper
(list of cheats both to cheat and to unlock)
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps2/561383-true-crime-streets-of-la/cheats

Can you think and post of a game that has special cheats in order to enhance the game experience?

Off Topic / A Mario Shaped Stress Ball? Weird Question
« on: October 15, 2018, 05:22:27 pm »

ok I have a funny question but this may not be the best place to ask about. what I saw on a video with the NES punk, one episode he held up what looked like a Mario shaped stress ball,, and it looked like the Mario ball inside the image above. I vaguely remember the NES Punk made a funny face and showed what looked to me like a stress ball

My question is did they really make a stress ball out of Mario based on the game above "Mario Pinball Land"? or was this not a stress ball? because I currently can't find that same ball anywhere on the internet. I am not interested in purchasing it but I thought it would be funny to ask this community about this funny possible Mario stress squeeze ball

Listen to  emporerdragon as well because I think he or she also knows the way

External hard drives for the 360 are not plug and play, they need to be formatted into a 360 drive.

After plugging in the hard drive,  go to system settings.  Under the my Xbox category there should be an option to format a storage device. Keep in mind that unless you partitioned the drive beforehand, you will not be able to use the drive for any other purpose.

you may need to update your Xbox360 console itself, but you need to first connect it to the internet, sorry to say but it is better for you goggle, how you can do this because, that way it may tell you in your own language.

 OR

in order for your Xbox360 to detect your hard drive needs to be formatted the correct way and have

Windows FAT32 file system format. or it will not even detect it on both external and internal hard drives. In short you may need a special, free, or costly program. in order to convert the hard drive into FAT32 Format if you have Windows 10 on your PC/computer but if your computer has windows 7 or sooner like XP you shouldn't need a special program

there is a command prompt hack for formatting FAT32 in windows 10 but I forgot how sorry :(

if you got windows 7 or sooner than, plug in your hard drive into your PC than, right click on the external hard drive, than click format . Please note this option is not available in windows 10

General / Memorable and Unmemorable Levels/Stages In Games
« on: October 12, 2018, 05:11:57 pm »
I am not sure if video games have levels or stages in modern gaming but, we could at least talk about retro video game levels. :)
In levels I mean stages, not referring to leveling up on skill.
In unmemorable I do mean the level or stages that are boring, or bad level design, or just too hard to really care about.

I don't really care about "Halo: Combat Evolved", I need to beat it, but the CPU is making that game impossible because, the enemy keeps taking the vehicles needed to progress in the last half of that game, and I keep needing to shoot down the aircraft needed to progress with no way to repair damaged or destroyed aircraft.  in my opinion they have bad level design and unmemorable at stages in that last part of that game. In 2 stages I think the only color they used is the color of blue.

In a memorable level in Duke Nukem 3D is called "Lunar Reactor" in the second episode where it plays my favorite Duke Nukem 3D for PC  midi tune called "Alienz", while you are set out to destroy the earth moons reactor there is also has many bosses in that level depending of your difficulty setting there is more bosses on high difficulty.

What are some of your memorable and unmemorable levels or game stages, in levels I mean stages not leveling up. :)

things you need to know

"The more enhanced HDMI your television gets set to. The hotter the heat will build up will be on possibly both TV and gaming console, while running them"

And the steel end of the HDMI cord may be scolding hot

PARTIAL QUOTE FROM tripredacus

Sims 3 is OK but I did not like how it became digital only. So for that, I never have any of the expansions. At least for Sims 2, I could just install and play used copies, but for Sims 3 there is no real use for used copies since the codes are tied to someone's user account.

You do know that you don't need an online account to play any of the 1st 3 series on PC, right? (including The Sims 3 & Expansions, not world packs though)

Only need online account when is if you want to download the  "THE SIMS 3 Create A World Tool" directly  from EA. or to participate in downloading from the sims 3 server like worlds and stuff (in which mostly is not free) in which I do see your point given that the sims 3 is vary sparse on worlds. In my experience I never need to log in to my sims 3 account in order to play, but only if I want to download something off the Sims 3 server.

But ,If you have at least one disc code that is not being used you can still create an account but you won't need it. I'd say if you can buy or get the expansions :) and base game disc you can still install and play the game.

if you do want a copy of the Create A World from EA legally. that is the only time you need to use the account (with at least one of the games disc/origin codes) And best of all the updates are free as well even if you are using a disc under a used code :)

Also if you bought any The Sims 3 expansion or base online though origin than I am not sure but it may or may not require a log in but I am not as sure

DO NOT BUY USED >WORLD DISCS< THEY WON'T WORK ON YOUR THE SIMS 3 PC SERIES GAME. IF THE CODES ARE ALREADY SUBMITTED ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT

FOR TS3 CREATE A WORLD USERS TO KNOW
(to install new world thumbnails open up ms paint and scribble and save it as png format and resize it to 256x 250 pixels)

Did someone ever play The various console the sims game spin off like. "The Sims 2 Castaway", "The Sims Bustin' Out" or "Urbz Sims In The City"  The Sims ! and 2 for PlayStation 2

How many dislike the sims?
